SerenityJ Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address on file, and you have not received it, you MUST contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. ALL STOLEN PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AS A CLAIM. 

All lipglosses are HANDMADE. SerenityJ Beauty is NOT responsible for any illness or Allergic reactions. Please read all ingredients before purchasing 😊 

All pens, Keychains and beaded items are all handmade. Please note the fancy beads are also handmade and a piece can fall off in transit. You can use any strong nail glue or super glue to glue it back in place. Even if the topper falls off in transit/ due to heat or heavy handling you can glue it back on.
